IMPORTANT UPDATE ON SHIPPING DELAYS
we would like to keep you updated about the operations of our couriers. Due to high volume of freight, as well as positive cases of COVID19 in some of the courier’s depots, there will be extended delays in customers receiving their orders in NSW, but possibly other states as well.
Australia Post advised us that NSW, (ACT and VIC) collections have resumed but are majorly backlogged.
Hunter Express advised us that collections have been delayed from NSW and are also experiencing statewide backlogs and delays.
It is anticipated that this may cause additional 3-10 business days for your orders to be delivered. As you may be already aware, all Sydney distribution centres are heavily impacted by labour shortages and social distancing.

At Milano Republic Furniture the health and safety of our customers, people and public is our priority. Therefore, due to the current lockdown in NSW we have made the following adjustments to ensure the health and safety of of our staff, customers and community.
Deliveries & Shipping -The NSW & VIC COVID-19 lockdowns and social distancing is having an impact on our warehouse facilities as well as to our courier network and therefore there will likely be slight delays in shipping goods out of the warehouse and possibly delays in the transit times as well. However our warehouse team, as well as all couriers are trying their best to serve you and deliver to you as quickly and safely as they can. Thank you for your patience. Due to COVID19 restrictions impacts, the processing time of the orders maybe be extended up to 14 business days. If you have not received tracking details/notification for pickup within 14 business days from the date you placed your order, please contact us.

Pickups - Pickups from our warehouse (by customers) will only be allowed for essential purposes under contactless "click and collect" until after the NSW lockdown has been lifted. (please click this link for details regarding our warehouse relocation over the coming weeks and impact on pickups)
